Workers across the food chain including those employed on farms, in restaurants, grocery stores, and more, will come together with the Asian Canadian Labour Alliance, Chinese Canadian National Council – Toronto, Food Chain Workers Alliance, Gig Workers United, Injured Workers Action for Justice, and Justicia for Migrant Workers, on Friday, August 18, to support and stand in solidarity with Metro grocery store workers currently on strike.
