The past two years have been a watershed in anti-racist struggles, leading many organizations to interrogate their commitments to and progress towards racial equity.
This roundtable gathers leading labour movement activists to assess the enduring barriers to equity, diversity and inclusion in unions, and discuss the actions that will deliver racial equity for workers in their own organizations.
